Travel routes

I don't know if I am posting this on the right board, but as I am sitting here mapping out my first TM trip on the AAA website, I starting thinking about travel routes. Are there any major roads that would ban travel with the TM (or trailer travel in general)?

We will be travelling cross-country, so I will be posting alot (LOL!), but my first concern would be travelling on old route 66 from Tulsa, OK to Oklahoma City, OK. Can we do it with the TM? Anyone have any info/advice?

Thanks for the info. Funny you should mention the movie "CARS" - DH, and DS(14) kept telling me that they wanted to travel at least part of Route 66 ever since I started planning this trip. We watched the movie and it became one of DS's(8) favorites. When we told him that it was based on a real life place, Route 66, and that we would be going there he was thrilled!
