Krista,

I have a collection of Trailmanor brochures that date back to 1989. According to my book, the 3225 came in the 3225 and the 3225F. The 3225 had the same lay out as the 3023 does today. The 3225F had a couch in front of the front bed and a chair and a built in seat at the end of the kitchen galley.Dry weight was 3080 lbs. and 470 lbs tongue weight. Approximate load capacity was 1920 lbs. There were 2 other models: 3225 SL and the 3225SD. The SL had the slide out couch, and the SD had the side dinette just like the 3326 King does now. Back in 1992, they used the old numbers (28, 28F, 28SD,
28SL). It was not until 1994 that they switched to the present numbers. Hope this helps out. If you need anything else, just let me know.

Bob,

Thanks for the history lesson.  We have one of the last 3225 units (made after they took the model out of the brochure), and we've been very satisfied with the extra cabiner storage space.

At least now we know who to call when we need to know facts from the past....!

Thank you Bob,
I just found an ad in the paper and it said 1992 model 3225, bathroom, shower, ac, couch. $8995
Will's RV Center , Sturtevant WI.
Dosen't say about condition good, bad ect. I was wondering if this is a good price couldn't find anything to compare running a search with this model number.
Also we have a 1999 Astro AWD so weight and length of trailer are important. Thank you for the information.

Krista,

If you want to find out what the Trailmanor is worth go into www.nadaguides.com . You have to select travel trailers, and the follow the instructions. I went into the website, and what I told you about the model numbers as 28, 28F,28SD, and 28Sl were used in the models in the nada guide. The 3225 might be a very late 1993 when they started to change numbers or it is a true 1994 model. To answer the mystery, you would have to look on the road side of the trailer for the plate that shows the VIN # and date of manufacture. RV's start to change models years in May or June depending on how many supplies are left over from the present model year.
You also have to know what accessories are on the unit to get a good price.

Let me know how you make out with the website from NADA. Hope this info will help you out.

Bob,
The 1992 M28 should be  Low $6,675/Average $8,060 so is a little high. It is a goog drive for us but may call tomorrow for more information. It could be worth a look. I just started looking for travel trailers recently and we are not even sure what we want. Thank you for the info.
