Default Drain valves leak

The two small fresh water drain valves (above the larger grey and black water drain valves) on my TM are leaking and need to be replaced. These two valves appear to be cemented onto rigid PVC pipe, unlike the third small drain valve which is hose-clamped onto a flexible nylon? hose. How do I replace them?
