I really appreciate all the advice!!!

Alright. So. We got the pigtails and a new regulator put on tonight. Went to open up the tanks, and found the leak. Or, at least the one leak that is left. One of the tanks leaks! It is full & holds fine when the knob is closed, but when the knob is turned on, there is a leak coming out of the top of the tank - like, you can feel it on your skin & hear it! Ugh.

So, does anyone have any idea how many furnace hours we should expect from one full tank??

Is the valve leaking? Horizontal or vertical tanks? If vertical just swap the tank out at a WalMart or Home Depot or wherever. If horizontal, the correct valve is available on Amazon.
