You should be able to access the back of the fan by removing the outside shower faucet. At least on mine, I can. If you are able to, I would just swap the wires on the backside and close it back up. I don’t use my fan at all, if I need to air out the place, I open the window.

Default 2720sl bathroom vent fan

Here's a pic of mine through the exterior shower door.
The fan is 'strategically' placed under and behind the toilet.

I took off the exterior shower enough to look behind it. There's the fan, just to the left of the exterior shower cutout! My initial thinking is that it will be easier to take the fan off and just turn it around rather than try to rewire. I saw 2 screws for the fan support. I'm going to tackle this job when I have a little more time. Thanks to all who posted help. I can do this!

Mission accomplished! I took out the exterior shower housing to access the blower motor. Had just enough clearance in the access space to turn the fan around and reattach it with the screws. Best of all, I didn't have to undo plumbing or electrical wires. Whole job took about 30 minutes start through cleanup. Thanks again for the posts on this subject.
