Myrtle Beach is amazingly commercialized.....I cannot believe how many hotels and RV parks are crammed onto the beach! However, if I returned here, I would make a reservation at Myrtle Beach State Park (one can reserve up to 13 months before).....they presently have 48 full hook up sites, and are adding 50 to 60 more in 2019. It is right on the beach south of the hotel strip, and relatively quiet.
