Talking Material for curtains

For the people who have replaced their curtains....does anyone know how many yards I will need to replace all of them? I want to buy it all at once, just in case I can't find it later.

I’m thinking of redoing my curtains also and I figured 12 1/2 yds of 54” wide for all, including the privacy curtains. Hope this helps! You may some leftover but I always buy more in case I can’t find the same material again!

That's going to depend on the model, material width and does the material have biais. Different models have some different size windows. I think we're at 13 yards without privacy curtains

I ended up ordering about 14 yards without the fabric for the privacy curtains. I ordered a different fabric for them. I got a really good price at FabricGuru online. I bought remnants. There are some photos I posted on 10/16/17 of the finished curtains. I also ended up lining the curtains with black out lining because I wanted to keep as much sunlight as possible out since we live in Florida. The original curtains were very faded, so I went with an outdoor fabric hoping they would fade less.
