Saw a folded TM go by our campground in Hill City, South Dakota last week. Could not see which model, but it looked pretty new.

1994!
We saw a blue 1994 3326 in a campground today - had to knock on their door. He just 'picked it up' on Craig's List a month ago, for a song......everything works! He was glad to talk to someone else with one, and we told him about this site - he has lots of questions.
I wondered why the awnings are blue, and the decal trim on the units isn't - maybe they went with the original TM's?

Spotted a later model 2720 (SD?) going northbound on Aviation Blvd in Redondo Beach, California today around 10:30am. Couldn't make contact, probably because driving anywhere in LA with a trailer is a white knuckle experience. Looks like they may have been headed out for a trip. TV was a Suburban.

I'm in Abilene, TX for a wedding and spotted a 3326 set up in a driveway just around the corner from where we are staying. I hope to stop

3023 In Madison Campground in Yellowstone
Saw an older 3023 from Oregon at Madison Campground in Yellowstone. Owners had already left that morning. We had tent camped there before and thought about camping there this trip but decided on Grizzly RV park in west Yellowstone instead. So we were just cruising through wondering if there were any tent campers and how the RV’s were doing without hookups. It had been below freezing the last 3 nights. We saw lots of generators, but we also saw lots of brave tent campers.

I hate towing the trailer through LA! It's the worst. I love the way people cut across 4 lanes of traffic to make an exit, and cut you off while towing the trailer, as if we can stop on a dime. DH especially hates the Ventura Highway. We always try to stay out of the slow lane, it's brutal. We're usually on our way to Desert Hot Springs when we go through there, and there is this left turn you have to make off of the freeway to get there. And people are not nice about letting you merge. In my daily travels I always try to help truckers and others merge; so many people just cut them off. The traffic is brutal here in CA. DH always says that the best day to travel through LA is on Superbowl Sunday, nobody on the road.

B&D, we are heading up to your area tomorrow, towing up the 5 then cutting over through Gilroy to camp in Sanborn County Park near Saratoga, where my niece is getting married Saturday!
It's the first tow with the new truck!

While riding bikes along the beach, Spotted a later model 2720SL at Dockweiler State Beach just south of LAX airport today. Nevada tags, but dealer sticker from Custom Arab. Didn't see a TV parked, and so it looked like no one was home.

That is a beautiful area; our cousin and her husband got married at Saratoga Springs years ago. Lots of redwoods and rustic, from what I remember. The weather should be good for a wedding. Have fun and enjoy!
