Bug issues
The Trailmanor, mine is a 2000 2720SL, has large gaps where bugs can get in. Especially at night with the interior lights on. Does anyone else have this problem? I have mitigated this by re-wiring my vent fan so that it blows in. It keeps the bugs out, especially when all the windows are closed. Seems like a PITA thing to do. So, just wondering about other's experiences.

Depends on where the gaps are. I have a couple where my side flaps overlap, and also by the bed latches. I just ripped some white rags I have (okay, old T-shirts), and stuff the pieces into the openings. I do that in the winter, too, to cut down on drafts.
I found that if I pull on the flaps before I velcro them, they will minimize the gap, too. Small pieces of cotton rags do well at plugging holes.

Here in Florida we do have bugs. I have found that using fabric softener sheets in gap areas works wonders, smells nice too.

The door, the top corners at the gasket where the halves meet, the middle of the gasket, the Velcro panels, at the front, and especially the small one closest the galley where it meets the rear half. Look enough, and you will find them all over the place, especially if you have a cabinet AC.

Top corners, and across the top leads me to wonder if your rear shell is too low when open, or your front shell too high. They should be snug to one another. Or, your seals have lost all the foam resiliency.
Pics of the gaps at the roof units? Are they sealed when closed?
Side gaps also seem to indicate the foam has lost its body.
