I have a 2011 sport with no bathroom for sale at Custom RV. We really liked it. We had two coleman pups before that. The first was small and no bathroom, then we went to a much bigger highwall trailer because our kids were getting bigger. I did like the bathroom, but not so much that I liked the space it took up, nor the fact it was a bathroom so close to the kitchen area. When we decided to go smaller after the kids went to college, we also decided to go simpler. For such a small space, with no bathroom - we had much more storage and a nice open feel.

We pulled a 2720 for 3 years with a 2001 Siena. It had the small 3.0 L motor.

I installed a transmission cooler and rear air bags.

Does your Honda have a tow package?

Yes, but I have had trouble on mountains grades even when I pulled with a v8.

It depends what you consider mountain grades. Interstate highways, a little issues some slowdown. but they are limited to 7.5% across the nation. Back roads, no limit. We seen up to 13 % grades and yes my little 3.0 l motor was working very hard. But as my boss told me when I was a kid delivering milk. Take your time.

If I lived in the mountains and did most of my camping in the mountains I would have a big v8. But we only put about about 40 hours a year driving in the mountains. Of which less than 5 hours are on grades that exceed 7%. Not worth making 5 hours 4.5 hours.

Thanks Art, as my wife and I are going to a sienna 2006-or 2009 I know the 06 came with the tow prep pkg and has the 3.3 vs the 3.5 v6 We travel from AZ to Wisconsin and have to climb up to flagstaff and over NM mountain range. So would you think it would be a problem going to WI from AZ ? it would be twice per summer.

The 06 with the 3.3 is much better than the 3.0 I use to tow with.

To check if it has the tow package. There was one year that toyota put the tow package on everything. Since then people keep saying every year has it. I would doubble check. If you look with a flash light on the driver side in the opening where the fog ligh would be or in the opening around the fog light. Straight back, in front inter fender you will see a large transmission cooler.

06 the one issue is the low rear end. Hitch with most ground to hitch clearance is the curt.

I think you will need air bags on the rear or some other spring enhancers. It has a soft rear end.

Also, when ever you get the transmission fluid changed. Check on the compatibility of the newer toyota fluid. I think you can go to the latest which is much better that the original that came with 06. Cost more but much worth it.
