I believe this since it seems to be from Wayne Bowman who I believe is one of the new owners of TM although I may be wrong on this.
It seems to be some sort of an import according to message which makes me think they are moving emails of owners that subscribed in the past to a TM list to a new system.
I am very security aware so one thing I always do is assign specific email addresses so I can track where spam may be originating from. This is very easy since I own around 40 domains.
I found the info on Wayne here because I knew it was related to TM not necessarily TMO because of the email address.
