Need to hire someone to inspect a TM in Cincinnati

We want to buy a 2008 Trailmanor near Cincinnati and we live in Colorado.

We would like advice on a nearby mechanic or dealer who we can pay to inspect this TM for us before we purchase it.

We are also open to hiring a TM owner (on this forum) who is mechanically inclined that we could pay to inspect it for us, if someone is interested.

Is your potential purchase from a dealer or private seller?

a private seller who lives in Cincinnati.

This is just a thought--but you might ask the seller if they use this Forum. If they do it might show that they try to keep up with things about TM's. That does not mean they do anything. LOL

I'd suggest you use the search feature and read past emails about what potential buyers have asked forum members to look for when inspecting a TM.
One could also use the different areas on this forum to breakdown the component parts of a TM. ex- frame, electrical, plumbing, tires, appliances etc.

I always suggest looking at the seller as well, to help ascertain how well they maintained and stored the TM, which may give you insight into things on a TM you can't actually inspect or view.

A 2008 is not that old, so all in all if it has been taken care of, it should be in pretty good shape.
