I-80 Nevada

We'll be headed from Salt Lake City to a bluegrass festival in Grass Valley, CA in a week. Thought we'd stop in the Reno-Truckee area on the way out and in Winnemucca or Elko on the return trip. It's a long way to do the whole trip in one day, especially at only 65 mph across Nevada.

Any suggestions for RV parks in:
Reno - Truckee
Winnemucca
Elko

We have stayed at the Winnemucca RV park. It was nice and they have a shuttle that will take you into town for food or entertainment if you like. It was a OK park, I'd stay there again.

Donner Memorial State Park is at Truckee and should still have sites available. These are non-hookup sites but I believe there is a dump station...it is pretty early in their season so be ready for cold weather anywhere near Truckee...mark
