Campgrounds near Hartington, NEB

I plan on taking the TM back to the factory in NEB to have some warranty work done in mid-April. I'm looking for campground suggestions near Hartington and perhaps some along the way. I'll be traveling from Little Rock, AR and was considering the route along the western border of MO / eastern KS and then north along the western border of Iowa and eastern Neb......So I'm looking for recommendations located roughly between Kansas City -- Omaha --- Sioux City.........???
