Default Factory

The factory is carrying no parts, they must be purchased through a dealer, I spoke with them a couple of weeks back, this is what Ed told me.

I have heard and read the opposite. There are 2 postings one dated 3-24-2012 and the other 3-25-2012 that stated they had ordered parts and received them very quickly from the factory. One even stated he had talked to Ed!
Worth a phone call, in fact I am going to call tomorrow and order some things.

I hope they will allow us to order from the factory, maybe they've took another look at having a parts dept. If you find out we can order from them let us all know.

Thanks
Pam

Default parts

I tried to order parts from the dealer in Colorado and he told me that Trailmanor was going to go back to factory ordering of parts. He said to send him a list of parts to see if he had any in stock. I also sent the same list to the factory and have not heard from either place. I tried to order these parts before and after the company changed hands and have not heard anything. I sent my list to Eddie at the factory 3 times. Has anybody else had problems getting parts?
