I have done some upgrades (search for gocntry (small g), that was me on this board many years ago.

Picture of the closed exterior, open exterior, and the interior for color

The exterior rear bumper, and 2 wheel covers have yellowed with age, could be painted.

More specs / pics to come Wednesday / Thursday on my days off

Any questions please post up, I should be able to answer on a nightly basis

Jeff

Ok, got out of work early...

Update #1

The Build Date of The Trailmanor was September 2007

Here is picture of the Hitch, It is a swing-away hitch, It has the factory tongue jack that is a 1 3/4" weird size I believe, I have a New Bulldog 3000lb Crank Jack, a 1200lb wheel and the metal foot, I will try to get it installed.

It is set up with 2 group 24 battery boxes with a external battery shutoff, I have 2 group 29 batteries and boxes if your tow vehicle can handle the weight, Or I will install a new group 24 battery, or Install 1 group 29 box for a single battery set up if you want, the group 29 batteries have been sitting in my garage for awhile, but on a battery tender, and were purchased new and never used.

Both propane tanks were filled and not used after, (I will be using them to demo/test systems) The Bad is they stamped re-qualify within 10 years and are dated 07/07 so they will not be able to refill them without swapping or re-certifying them .

The weight distributing hitch is a Reese 54970 with 800lb trunnion bars I believe.

The original 14" tires/rims were replaced with 15" wheels with a 2600lb rating and metal valve stems, The tires are Goodyear Marathon Radial 225/75R15, Load range D, Made In The USA, They have been in the garage since Jan 2011, But they are Dated 17th Week of 2009, probably have 1000 miles or less on them

I have an original D&S Screen door

I have the curtains for the front and back beds, I did a noob mistake when I first got the TM and wash and dried the curtains, the front ones shrunk, I have them was going to make longer hangers for them and remount them, that never got done.

In the small storage area under the stove/over there is a plastic tub with coax cables, a/v cables, the remotes, slides / hooks for tacky lights, 2 relaxation cd's roll of velco

Under the door side seat is a small microwave, the optional microwave drawer, and a counter storage container

Under the off door seat is the 40 gallon optional water tank

In the bathroom is the stuff for the shower curtain mod, a 4 shelf rack, small hair dryer, soap dish, bug spray, 2 bottles liquid hand soap, 5 bottles toilet chemical, and a small fan for the window

I have 2 pool noodles for under the rear bed

I have a little roll of Reflectix left

3 wheel chocks (unknown where the 4th went)

Ac cover

Propane bottle cover (cheap one)

Adapter to be able to plug into a standard 120v socket (i can run the AC from my garage this way (20 amp circuits))

I have an Alpine DVA 7996 head unit (was going to upgrade the factory dvd player)

Tool box with misc tools, bulbs, connectors ect to be able to do small on the road repairs
