Awning end caps from Fiamma

I called Fiamma a month or so ago because the end caps on our awning were getting chalky, cracked and deteriorating. The lady I talked to on the phone knew exactly what kind of caps I needed with our TrailManor and said they were on back order. She called me yesterday and said they were back in stock.

So, I ordered them, and it was about $20 including shipping. If anyone needs these this would be a good time to call. Maybe I should order another set; I'm sure our TM will outlast those awning caps

They replaced mine under warranty for same reason. Seems to be a known issue with them.

What number did you call Fiamma at? We cranked the plastic knob off our 2006 2027 and the only place in the states I found was located in Florida and they did not respond to an email I sent them.

From what I recall, they just kind of snap on and off with some gentle prying and pushing.

Wanted parts for my Fiamma awning. The ends of my awning are cracking. I believe there are more people on here with the same problem.

Thanks for the ph#. I called and left a message @ about 2:30 (PST). I hope they don't call me back at 5:AM (3hr time difference). One of our end-caps is missing. I think that I must have "Clipped" something with the trailer. There is a small scratch about 4" long just before the rear cap and the cap is gone......

I do tend to get a little close sometimes

. I may have to watch it from now on.....

Yep, those plastic parts tend to disintegrate a bit after 12 years or so...

I wonder if the Marathon and Prevost RV's have awnings with plastic end caps.

Probably not.

At least Fiamma still makes them for us lowly TM'ers

Mine started deteriorating after 1 year but Fiamma took care of the replacements.
