Default 7,000 Mile Midwest Loop Tour

We got back last month after pulling our TM from Tucson to WI, MN, OH, KY and back again. Hot and humid almost everywhere as most everyone knows. The AC (noisy bugger) was a godsend. Not only did it keep it cool but also provides "white noise" to cover traffic and train sounds. Had no idea how many campgrounds border freeways!!!

The TM worked great. Figured out how to use the potty this trip, so now we have finally used all the "amenities" of the trailer. Our Highlander towed without problem and we got good gas mileage without a head wind.

Blew a TM tire 80 miles from home! This is our second blowout in the short year we have owned it. This time it was the previous spare which hadn't been on the ground prior to the trip. I told DH I want two brand new tires on before the next trip. Both blowouts were on the passenger side. Banged up the underside but doesn't seem to be serious damage.

Our two pooches love the TM and claim the ledge behind the couch as their perch.
