Default Drain valves

Underneath the 2720SL near the sewer pipe are two drain valves. I assume one drains water from the fresh water tank? How 'bout the other? Not sure what these are for. Thx.

Yup, four valves. Two of them are in front of the axle, and two (the two you found) are behind the axle. All on the road side of the trailer.
