Did you find and flip the partially-hidden switch?
From my Tech Stuff album, http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...&pictureid=447
By the way, when you say "fuse", I'm sure you mean "circuit breaker". Right?

bad wiring, bad breaker, bad switch,........could be any of a number of things. With the switch on and the breaker closed do you 120 v ac at the heater element with shore power connected. If no do have 120 vac at the breaker, if not a bad breaker, if yes then wiring or the on off switch. There is also a reset under a rubber cap on the water heater. All this is covered in the tech section that Bill's post linked you to.
!ooopps should have been this link http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ead.php?t=2457

First make sure the bathroom walls are up and locked so the safety switch is closed. The heater will not operate on 115 if this switch is not closed.
If that is taken care of ,then disconnect the 115 volt wire going to the element. Turn the 115 volt water heater switch to the on position and check for 115 volts between the removed wire and TM chassis. If not there you will need to start checking the wiring between the element and your converter.

On our 2011 2720SL this switch only controls 12VDC to the rear shell.

It is information like this that goes on at a regular basis that makes the 12 dollars for joining the forum a bargain.
