This may be the reason why the TM is still connected to the TV while raising the shells? I haven't looked at the videos too closely (only on my phone, so very small), but I wonder if the TV is still running, and it is powering the lift mechanism?

Blew up on a big monitor and either TV is not connected or its been airbrushed (doubtful).

I have no issue using a jumpbox with my winch (not wireless) to pull car on trailer just recharge after return.

Holly, I assume you haven't heard back on this.
Padgett, it would be really cool if you could figure what they were doing and then try to design some kind of lift.

Nope, no response to the email. I haven't gotten around to calling Trailmanor, but will try today. I think I will also email the Trailmanor account. Hmmm, I work at an engineering school..... wonder if I could get a student group interested.....

While full electric could be possible, the only hard part for me is the first two feet of the lift particularly in the front where it is hard to lift in the middle. The rest is very light and nearly opens itself.

Have played with a hook and A-frame system that did not work very well but think a automotive window regulator so could be hand or power, might be a basis. One for a station wagon rear window would have enough travel and force. OTOH a simple lever might be all that is needed. Guess I need to look into it again.

Default Still waiting....

I called Trailmanor this morning, spoke to Sonia. She said they don't install, or have any real knowledge, of the RV Lifter there at the factory. Which is sort of weird, considering the contact address for RV Lifter is in fact, Trailmanor's contact address.... But I suppose since it's an aftermarket thing, and they are just trying to get back on track with building quality TMs, I suppose they can't be concerned about other things right now. Anyway, she gave me Bob's cell phone number, which in fact, is the same contact phone number on the RV Lifter website. I called, left a message this morning, but haven't heard back yet.
