We just purchased a used 2005 TM 3023. Is there a trick to getting the table leg extended down? The table opens fine and the leg swings down, but we cannot get the extension piece to come down to make the table level. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm with Leon here - ours gets stuck sometimes, too. I've found that when taking the table down that if you take all the weight off the leg that it's less likely to stick.
As I recall on mine there is a slight flairing at the bottom of the part that extends so when you put it away you have to be careful and not jam it into the top part too far or it will be hard to extend next time around.
One caveat: be careful when pulling and tugging on that extention leg - the edges and end are sharp enough to give a nasty cut - don't ask me how I found out! - Camp2Canoe
