Default What does this switch do?

In the main fan I have there are two switches on the sides of it. One turns on the front led lights, the other does nothing that I can see. That second one faces the front of the trailer. Any ideas?

Wife has all of our cameras and is still helping our daughter with our first grandchild. Will have them shortly.

Default Second switch in exhaust fan

The second switch turns on the ceiling LED lights. You turn the ceiling lights on individually, and then use the one switch to turn the entire ceiling lights on when you enter the trailer.

In my TM, the second switch turns off/on the power to the reading lights over the dinette. That way if I see that I left them on when leaving or folding up the camper, I do not have to go back and turn them off is what I was told.

I can't say that I ever left any lights on when closing up the camper. My problem is leaving a vent or two open when closing. Realizing I have to reopen the rig enough to close one or more vents makes me crazy.

I usually leave the vents cracked about an inch and same for front and rear windows. Whole thing is under a tarp. Nice thing if I need to close or find something inside is that you can just open the front and climb into the slide.
