This comment may be too late, but we paid $5000 for a 2720 SD in february '16.....in Ohio, though.....cheaper in the midwest than California I think. Ours was in good shape, needed new tires and some little fixes.......we LOVE ours! have fun!

Does look like prices are rising probably due to the lack of new ones. Can still get a good aluminum 2720SL (most popular model) for under $10k.

We are selling an '05 2720 SD for $8000......in Michigan, cheaper out here I think. It's in good shape, we put new tires, bearings and brakes on it in June before a trip with our grandkids......

IIRC, no the lift is necessary for the 15" tires on that model.

TM's have a premium in CA. Also, I don't think NADA has a good handle on pricing for TM's. Each year TM's trade in small volume with most sales being private sales not reported to NADA. There is not enough sales to have real information to develop accurate pricing information.

Because of lack of enough real sale information. I'm under the belief that NADA just uses the average depreciation schedule of popup camper market.

I know when I was looking. NADA had the same price no mater what zip code I used, while TM's have always had a premium price on the left side of the country.

I would think in CA that camper should be in the 8-9K range.
