How long did they take? What did they charge you? I’m willing to drive 8hrs there, leave it for a week or so, and then drive back to pick it up. But they can’t give me a ballpark cost and can’t promise when it would be done. I wanted them to go through the lift system and adjust torsion bars, lift arm height, and pocket stops.

There's Prosser's RV in/around Milwaukee, WI that I have heard has/had Trailmanor repair experience. I haven't used them myself, though. They are currently listing 3 trailmanors for sale (one of them is a 2019).

MCD does great work, but I think they are closed till April.

Yes MCD is closed until April. The folks that own it winter in Florida. We dropped our Trailmanor off at the end of a camping trip on the Cape (I think it was a Tuesday). Went back the following week to pick it up. This took place two weeks after Labor Day.
