Bishop, ca.

Leaving for the Lone Pine, Bishop area in March. Any one have a recommended camp ground in that area off of hwy 395 that has full hook ups and fishing there or very close near by?
Staying at Panamint Springs for four days before that to explore Death Valley, but want to do some fishing around Bishop, Lone Pine area for a few days after that.
Where to go fishing and full hook ups or at least flush toilets and electric and water?
