Refer won't stay lit

On my first trip of the spring my refer pilot light kept going out. It might have been wind related, but I couldn't pin that down. Went out several times. I checked the outside and there was no blockage or obvious problems. Any ideas as to what else I should check? It hasn't been a problem before in four years of usage.
