License plate holder

I removed the cover from my 2005 3124KS today to find the license plate holder broken and laying on the ground. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you repair it?

As I recall, this is a simple plastic molded part, easily and cheaply replaced at any RV dealer (in other words, it is not specific to Trailmanor). I would think that replacement would be easier than repair.

The picture shows a black base, but the description says the base is white. It looks like replacing the base (which is actually the plate holder) would involve some recaulking.
