Beach trip

We just got back from our first long trip. Seven nights with family at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park in Florida and then one night with friends in Carrollton, GA. It was great. The weather was PERFECT for the entire trip. DH seemed to have no problem on the long drive and we made great time getting about 13mpg (on the way back, going down might have been better). It went so well that we are trying to figure out how to stay longer next time.

A fun highlight was our first TM stalkers. A couple from Chattanooga came over and were asking questions. He wants one and she likes tent camping. We showed her the inside and the day we packed up, invited them to watch us put it down. Despite having issues putting it down (stuff too high, got the latch stuck, etc) and having to pull it back up twice she liked it and is now considering one!
