Renovating my 2720SL

Re-upholstered the couch and added laminate flooring this week, will add some pictures later. Was wondering if you can buy the tabs that are sewn into the curtains so my fiance can make us some new curtains? Has anyone done that before?
I'm looking to replace the chair, does anyone have any suggestions for short recliners that would be a good, light replacement?
