Default Rubber moldin and wall on slide

We just came back from a weeks camping. When we opened the TM up,I noticed the rubber molding on the bottom was coming off,and it seems like the top shell is rubbing. When I went inside to put the flaps down, the outside wall on the livinroomg slide is up about an half inch,so in other words the walls are not even.
Has anyone had this happen ?
How do I fix the rubber molding? And what would cause the walls on the slide to not be even? The TM is level, and it is only one side.
Here is a photo of the rubber molding:

I have had loose molding. 3M 5200 adhesive will secure it, don't use too much and use blue painters tape or something like it to secure the molding while it cures.

Non level shells is a whole different problem. Can be caused by loose bolts on the torsion bars. I have no experience fixing it so will defer to others. Searching for threads on uneven shells may get you some information.
