HELP!!! Parallel Battery Issue

So the previous owner used a red wire to go between the two negative terminals on the 2 12V batteries behind the propane. After trickle charging, I was careless and crossed them - fully hooked them up and everything. I have undone it and hooked it up the right way but now nothing turns on in the RV. How much crap am I in for??? BTW, I'm a new owner - have yet to take our 2619 on its maiden voyage.

There is a 40 amp blade fuse in the panel that likely blew! Its an easy fix! Use a 30 amp till you can find a 40!
