Default Bathroom wall assembly - 2720

Has anyone had to reinstall the swivel assembly that lifts the "mirror wall" (front wall)? We are having trouble and no one is either at the factory (before 4 PM their time) or answers the phones. We are 1/8th to 1/4 inch off, even using the same screw holes, to raising that wall. It stops on the bathroom light and the white strip on the side opening of the sink cabinet. Any advice would be much appreciated. It would probably lift and fit if new holes were drilled, but that's not usually how TrailManor engineering works.

Thanks in advance for any help. We are also on the Facebook TrailManor Fans page if you want to reply there.

Ed, we thought of that, rechecked, no other holes. Very weird. Thanks. Have a safe trip.

Is your trailer completely level? We had the same problem on our last camping trip and discovered the culprit was setting up the bathroom wall before the trailer was level. Once we leveled, no more bathroom wall problems.

You are probably not sitting inside of the "sliding ridges" correctly. I had to modify that plastic piece that the bracket slides into. My factory replacement was bigger than the original. If I remember right I had to shave off some of that plastic piece and I had to grind down the hinge.
