Default heat and ac circulation advice

I have a 1998 2720 and it seems hard to get even heat or air conditioning, especially in the bed areas! if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated. I have the standard heat under the dining area and the ac is under the counter. Thanks in advance

A small quiet circulating fan, set on the counter top beside the stove, will work wonders. I use this one - I think I got it from WalMart - 3 speeds, very quiet, cheap. Anything similar will do.

I seen several posts about people taking the curtain that goes around the top of the bathroom down and apparently that helped a bunch.

I've used clothespins at the corners of the bathroom ceiling flaps to hold them up and allow air to flow around at the ceiling. You just fold them up towards the ceiling and put the clothespins on to secure the fold.

The hunting camp 40 foot trailer (up on blocks for the last 45 years) always had a problem with heating in the cold winter for deer season. The first foot near the floor was like 30 degrees and the last foot by the ceiling was like 80 degrees. So a few years ago I brought my Ryobi fan that runs on the One+ 18v batteries and it sits on the floor shooting the air straight up. Now the whole trailer is just about one temperature and the furnace stays on the lowest setting.

I then did much the same for the TrailManor. I put this same fan on the floor around the sink area and shoot the air up towards the back bed. Works great. I nearly always boondock so I needed a good fan that runs on a battery.

Those Ryobi fans are great. I've got two of them and use them all the time.

We have the side ac as well. We set a floor fan in the hall (basically in front of the converter) and have it blowing the cool air toward the front of the trailer. If our son isn't with us and therefore no one is sleeping in the back bed, it does not get in the way very much.

We have not needed the additional fan with the heat, perhaps because we are sleeping in the front where it's located.

The stock side air conditioner was 8000 BTU, I think. When I replaced it, I went to 10000 BTU, and that made a difference as well.

I've been considering getting a Ryobi fan. How long do they last on average?

There are different capacity batteries. I think the 4ah ones that I use last 6 to 8 hours depending on what fan speed I'm using.

Using the bigger size battery and with the fan on the low speed, it will easily go all night.
