Cleaning Seals question

I need to clean the seals on our 3124KS since they have accumulated alot of grime and make it impossible to keep the curtains clean.

Can someone give me ideas on products to use to clean the center roof seals?

I use Greased Lighting or Purple Power; the same stuff I use on the outside of the TM. After I get them as clean as possible, I coat them with Armor All to try to make them easier to slide when opening and closing the TM. That also might keep them from getting dirty so soon but that's subjective.
