Just finished looking through your TM photos . . . you have a very nice unit with some practical mods! I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy your first outing. Looking forward to seeing a post of your first trip.

Yeah - the awning looks like it will be nice - I haven't figured out how to open it yet! It was too cold and windy on our first trip to mess with it. I'll figure it out on our next trip and report back.

I'm not sure about the bathroom cabinet placement. When we use the shower the split in the two curtains is right where that cabinet is, because that is where the shower controls are. Recently the factory moved the controls to the corner.
In the photo of the front bunk, I trust you know that the side flaps are suppose to be along side the mattress instead of on top as the photo shows.
I think the street side awning will be very nice - especially if there are no trees around or if it rains and we need fresh air without the rain coming in the window! I'll try to figure out how to get it open next trip. There were no instructions - just an ad from a magazine!
I may agree with you on the cabinet. I haven't used the shower, but I did notice that the split in the curtain was right there. I'm not sure how much we will use this anyway. The outside wall is obviously more sturdy, but I guess you could mount it on the back wall as well? Or even where the current mirror is - although that would put the mirror of the cabinet pretty close to you. When I shaved this time I don't think I had ever been that close to a mirror!
Yes I know about the flaps - this picture was taken when I did a quick open when we first brought it home so I didn't take time to climb on the bunks and tuck them down. Good observation though!
Good luck with your cabinet design!
