Our $12 a year pays for the Trail Manor owners web site which has nothing to do with Trail Manor the company.
Two separate things.

At one time, Bill correct me if I'm wrong here, Trailblazers were partially sponsored by the company.

I called this morning to check the status of my trailer which is in the process of basically being rebuilt under warranty. My call was answered in 3 rings and the very nice office lady, who I have spoke with many times but I don't recall her name, transferred me over to the plant. I was on hold for less than 10 seconds and I spoke to the new man Bob had told me about earlier this month (over 20 years RV experience) who I believe is in charge of the production line now. I had spoken to him Monday and was told my trailer would be done in a few days. I learned this morning they had just finished repairs and it was in the process of being cleaned. The man in charge said he would call me Tuesday and we agreed on time for that call to go over my lengthy repair list.

and repairs before I gave up and traded it in for a loss of close to $8K.

Default Wrong phone #'s?

Is it possible that those with problems are using old phone numbers? Probably not, but possible. Although the website thing is rather concerning.

I used the number currently listed on their website, which is the same number I've always used.

Thanks Mike! It's very cool to see how the website was updated through the years ...

Well I finally got through today. I was calling because I still need fender skirts for my 3326. They are still on backorder. They said they are getting nervous because they have several trailers about to come off the line that need skirts as well and they have been on backorder for quite some time now...

Thumbs down no return call

I called this morning and left my number and did not get a call back from anyone. This is typical and has happened to me several times when I have tried to call them...especially for parts!

I Have a new 2016 2720QB coming in next week to the dealership that I ordered it from! I will post pictures and an update when it comes in. It's there first ever Fiberglass roof they have done as opposed to the Aluminum tops.

One of the advantages of the aluminum/foam sandwich is its insulation quality in a hot Florida sun. Inside stays cool. Wonder what they are putting under the f'glass.

I'm not sure why they switched to fiberglass yet, I did see in a post where an insurance company totaled out a Trailmanor due to hail damage on the Aluminum roof.
but that might not be the reason anyhow.
