You have confirmed most of what we already knew, but it's most interesting to hear about your factory "tour". It sounds almost like a startup RV manufacturing company!
As for your decision, I think now would be the time to sell if you are not happy with your unit and/or the service options: Used TM's are flying off the shelf/lot/curb right now at premium prices.
OTOH, and the path I would probably take, maybe you just enjoy it until the wheels fall off a decade from now ...
