Like to see a trailmanor
Is there anyone located (or camping) in the Northern Virginia/surrounding area who would be willing to show me your Trailmanor. I am interested in the unit 2417-2619 so it can be kept in the garage, however, I am open to look at any model. Finding local Trailmanor are hard to come by in my area.
Thanks
Allison

I don't know how big your garage is, but remember that if you get a unit with the swing tongue, it shortens the overall length by 2 feet. This means that a 2720 series is only 18 feet long. It is what enables me to put my 2720SL into my garage.

When I bought my 2005 2720 SD in Oct. 2015 it should of fit in my garage with the Length & Width & have a swing hitch on my TM. with no problem but because of the air conditioner unit on top of the TM. it wouldn't fit because of my garage opener hanging down in the garage. So I have to put a RV cover for a TM on it during the winter on my Driveway. make sure your check your garage door opener to make sure it will fit I found out it wouldn't fit after I bought the TM. and brought it home---Surprise----Ken

Never crossed my mind.
I never thought about the height. I can easily see how the AC could be an issue. Thanks so much for sharing. Time to get the measuring tape. Allison

It is not only the length. We selected 3 garage doors vs one single and one double. The AC height may have created a new wrinkle. Argh. Thanks for your notes. I haven’t given up yet.

Remember that the height of an open overhead garage door is adjustable. You can set it to open to the point where the header across the opening is the limiting factor, not the door itself. I posted an explanation of this, and how to adjust it, with pics.

My trials and tribulations with pulling into a single car slot: http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...st.php?p=85073
Plus, there's a curve in the driveway in front of it, and a slope. Works with a powermover. So, the biggest question from me is the height. Mine came with a very low-profile AC, so I clear by a few inches; you'll need to check that.
