exterior window seal cleaning(how to)

Just purchased a Trailmanor and we have been cleaning. Pretty clean already. Problem is unable to get all of the black or red stains off of the WINDOW SEALS on the exterior. We tried(at different times) vinegar and baking soda, dawn soap and peroxide, comit spray with no changes then used a paste of bleach and baking soda with tooth brush that sat for over an hour and got most of it but still not white. Is there anything that will do the job? Thanks

Do you mean the rubber/plastic seal between the window halves? I used Magic Erasers. Got most of the crap off them, but I feel like I need to sneak them as they are getting nasty again. I don’t know what to use as a sealant though.
