Unhappy Thetford Door gasket

Does anyone have any information on how to replace the door gasket on the Thetford Refrigerator? In an overzealous attempt to clean out some mildew on the underside, we pulled the lower part of the gasket out. It's nice and clean, now, but we can't get it back in. any help would be appreciated. Olga and Ken

Sorry for taking up space. The seal is in!! My husband used a very high tech tool to shove the stubborn gasket in place: a long-left-over plastic baby feeding spoon that had just the right angle to shove the gasket back into place. We just had the thermocouple replace on Friday and are going out for a week in the MO heat. Looking forward to having the frig work correctly and provide us with some ice and cold stuff. The rest of our cool will come from the spring-fed Current River. O

Good job. I knew that baby spoon would come in handy for something one day.... Lol. Good luck on your next camping trip.

You were right the first time. Thetford purchased Norcold so in a way, it is a Thetford refrigerator.

Just don't charge your refrigerator with 8oz of blue and three gallons of water.
