Default Rubber Stop Blocks

I need to replace one of the rubber stop blocks and the instructions I received from the factory said to put a screw driver in the pocket, but it doesn't say if I need just to pry the old one out or what. Looking in the pocket I can't see anything holding it in, but on one of the other pockets it looks like it might be fastened by a finishing nail. Is that what holds them in or is it glued in there? I was hoping it was a screw, because that would be easier to install and also if shims are needed to add to make adjustments on the forward movement.

Reldma,

Can you attach a picture? I'm not sure what "rubber stop blocks" you're talking about.

Don't have a picture, but they are in the stop pocket of the lift arm. The stops control the distance the upper shell will travel either forward in the front shell or backwards in the rear shell.

Got it. Thanks. No experience with those.
