Default Portable Ice Makers

We are wanting to get a Portable Ice Maker for our TM so we can use our tiny freezer for food not ice. Does anyone out there use one that works properly? If so could you let us know which brand and model you use.
Thanks,

Default IceMaker

We would be lost without ours, have use them for three years now. We are on are second one one now purchased at Aldi's off brand supermarket . They run a sepcial severals times a year for way under a $100's buck. First one came from Walmart at $130.00.

Make 6 ILBS per hours, and the ice lasts for at least a day and half.

I would also be very interested in an ice maker, as long as it runs on propane. I can't see running my generator all day to make ice.

Thanks - but can you give me the brand and model # of the machines?? I'm in Texas and never heard of Aldi's Off Brand Supermarket? I will check at WalMart.

The first one was a "Professional Series" from Walmart, died after two years of hard use (was run daily for three days at a time all camping season long) the ice sensing switch started failing.

We paid around $130. back in 05, saw one at Walmart about two weeks ago they wanted $236.

Current one is in the trailer, at the dealer getting serviced.
