Hitch?
We have a 3000 lb. Pop Up and we just drop the trailer on the ball and hook the chains and the plug and we are done. What do I need for my class 5 hitch to pull a Trailmore?

You will need a vehicle that will tow 5k lbs, a seven pin connector for tow lights, electric brakes, and you may need a weigh distribution hitch depending on your vehicles tongue weight capacity.
good luck.

We pull our 2720 with our sienna minivan that is rated at 3500 with no wdh. We use a WDH which brings us just under the tow capacity of the TV with a WDH.

If you review the posts on Tow Vehicles and Tires you will find a lot of different ideas and at least n+1 ideas where n=number of participants.
I find it best to start at the back and work forward: what is the gross weight of the loaded trailer and is there a 15%-25% reserve ? If not then consider different tires/wheels/axle assembly.
If OK there then how much weight can you transfer back to the axle(s). This tells you whether or not the trailer can support transfer from a WDH. Make sure that the tires are inflated properly for the load. An underinflated tire causes drag, hurts stability, and may fail. Be aware that some tires can be underinflated at 50 psi.
Next the TV. Most TMs have a tongue weight of around 400 lbs. Does the prospective TV hitch support that ? Also a gross loaded weight over 4000 lbs ?
Moving forward the next consideration is the GAWR or rear axle load. Is the total of proportion of vehicle weight on the rear plus passengers plus cargo plus tongue weight less than the rated load ? Again I like a significant safety factor.
Finally what is the effect of all of this on the front axle/headlight aim ? If you have load leveling shocks of some similar device, this may not be a problem. This is also where you need to consider if the TV drivetrain is suited to the task. Ideally on the flats you should be ably to cruise at 65 mph in top gear/lockup. An unlocked trans generates heat and if you need to run in Power Enrichment mode (generally over about 50% throttle) MPG will head for the toilet.
Not saying that when young(er) and stupid I haven't towed a lot more with a lot less, just that these are all things to think about. A high speed wobble (sway) can ruin your whole day.

Yes, it does. I think enough questions were asked to give an accurate answer.

I agree. I was just thinking out loud with my comment, hoping the OP would jump back in and give more specifics. I think the OP might still be in the pre-purchase info gathering mode as far a Trailmanor goes.
