Default Ceiling condensation

Does anyone get wet ceilings this time of the year? I opened my trailer up last night and the ceiling was wet. It did rain the night before. Is that normal or do I need to chase a leak?

We have only had significant condensation on the windows and window frames, never on the ceiling.

Default Yes.

I have noticed condensation on the ceiling after very humid times, even mildewy spots that needed to be wiped down. Not near the wire chase or corners so no other way for water to get there. If you live in a humid area it happens, the aluminum is cool and the humidity condenses on it. Walls too.

We only get wet ceilings when camping and we forget to open a vent to vet the condensation. But have seen it with our TT's

Is the entire ceiling wet or just certain areas. If it's just certain areas I would think a leak, but if it's all wet? I would be thinking you had the right conditions for condensation of a cool night and humidity in the camper.

On my travel trailers, I would see the windows fog up once in a while in the morning if the last time I had it opened and it was high humidity or rain. I would open the vet on the next dry day to dry it out. On our pupup and now the TM, we will open up a damp-rid bucket if we put it away on a high humidity day and we always have two open for the winter storage.
