Default Trailer frame endcaps

Saw a video on youtube where an RV owner replaced the frame endcaps with Camcos. http://www.amazon.com/Camco-40325-In.../dp/B00C5RB03W

These are designed to keep wasps and other larger insects out. Do our TMs have endcaps and has anyone used the Camco's if we do? I know we can just put solid endcaps on but I wonder about not having airflow ...

Only older models have square tube bumpers w/ endcaps.

Wasps will find their way, where ever they desire.

Glad you posted that FunPilot. I need two endcaps for my 2003 bumper. I was wondering if they might be a common RV item or not.

Update, the ones in the link posted by FunPilot fit very well in our 2003 model square bumper. In fact maybe overly tight, it take a real good yank to get them out if using for hose storage or something. There are several rows of gator teeth on the back to hold them in tightly.

We replaced our bumper end caps with those. Only because the old caps were very lose and being held by a stainless steel nail that would drop through small hole in the bumper through a hole in the end caps.

These caps are nice good griping power and easy to get off in warm weather. A little more difficult in cold weather.
