Smile Vinyl seals inside Trail Manor

Has anyone replaced the seals or the velcrow around the interior of their trailmanor? We have been remodling our 3326K we bought last summ,er and it's looking great except for the dingy coloring of the seal. I've clean3ed with all kinds of cleaners, but nothing has really changed the appearance. Any suggestion. The velcrow also needs help.

The velcro is generic. The Vinyl is TM specific and you may have to work with a dealer to replace it. I've not had to do that yet. I have used a soft scrub with bleach and had some success. The velcro on the underside of the vinyl is stitched in.

I've had a lot of luck using a wet magic eraser. I may be replacing some of the Velcro soon.

Make sure you use industrial strength Velcro for the best 'sticking power'.

My dealer used Velcro disks and dropped a screw in the middle of it. Works pretty well.

Thanks everyone for the input. We had replaced some of the velcro with the industrial strength and it holds pretty good. Plan to purchase the dry erase today and see what that does for the appearance. Our TM has been revamped from top to bottom over the last few moinths, we even added an outside shower as we had enjoyed the one on our other camper. REcovered the couch, arm chair and the dining cushions, new curtains, repaired and replaced so much. Everything looks so nice and clean, but the yinyl was the one thing we couldn't clean too well. Trying to finish and hit the road.

You might even think of white shoe polish to brighten up the vinyl. May act as a dye.

The magic eraser works great, but make sure it's damp. I even use it for rub marks on the walls, plastic and other areas, not just the seals. Just make sure you don't rub too hard or it may take off the paint or leave a matte finish to shiny area. I get rub marks on the white plastic strips in the bathroom on a few on the wall over the couch (we have a 2720SL).
