Default Cover

Does anyone cover their TM when not using it?  If so, where did you buy the cover and how much did it cost.

We bought the cover from Camping World for "Hi-Lo".  We have a 2720SD and yes it is a bit long length wise but we just fold/bunch it up in the front around the hitch and it works fine.  The sides come down about half way over the wheels so we probably won't need wheel covers.  The manufacturer of the cover had it shipped to us in less than a week!

How do you secure the cover? How far does it come down on the sides?  Do you have any trouble with water collecting in the extra "bunched" material?

The cover has straps on one side (bottom) and buckles on the other side (bottom).  You connect the straps underneath from one side to the other and it holds the cover in place.  We haven't gone through a rainy day yet with the cover - here in Southern CA we don't get much rain   8)  But we folded the extra fabric in such a way that water should just run off the top and down the sides.  (kinda like folding a present with wrapping paper.)

Because we store our trailer at a horse ranch up the road from our house, a cover was necessary to keep the dirt/dust from collecting on it.

Camping World Master Catalog 2003 - Made by Aqua Shed.  Model number 22071  "Hi-Lo Cover" (pg 60) in their catalog or use the model number on their website under "Search".  www.campingworld.com  Member price was $179.  It is for "oversized pop-ups 20' - 22'6"  The fabric is supposed to repel dirt, moisture and UV rays.   Anything to protect our TM investment!

Hi,

we just met some very nice new TM owners...and they bought the cover for the 18' tent trailer and that size fit their 2916 TM..  even though the box said it was too narrow.. fit easy.....they even had roof air.. seems to have enough length for the 2720sl too..  much cheaper.. about 130 at camping world.

Thanks!!! I've been wondering if the smaller one would fit. Now I'll place my order.
