So we arrived at Custom RV January 20th a date Scott and I agreed upon after speaking with him a week earlier. We originally planned to pick the trailer up on January 18th but he hinted he needed more time to complete the repairs. So we drove the 1200 miles through freezing rain in Oregon, blizzard conditions in Northern California and torrential downpours the rest of the way only to find the trailer not ready. After waiting 4 hours they finally said it was done but because of the flooding, literally there was 3" of water in their parking lot and raining like crazy, we took their word it was ready to go. We headed to AZ to visit my wife's sister arriving too late to set up. The next morning we set it up and happily discovered they replaced all the slide out flap seals, only one problem the velcro was wrong, who ever made the flaps sewed fuzzy velcro all around, they didn't sew the nylon hook on the mating pieces, I was surprised the Custom RV installer didn't notice. Along with the flap seals there were several other issues like the door frame missing nearly all the screws and a trim piece missing from the bottom of front shell. A bag seal was coming loose, staples pulled out, from back corner of the front shell. The slide out is off center so the seals are very tight on one side with light and wind getting in on the other. On the positive side they did a great job with the majority of issues but just didn't complete the job. We documented all the remaining issues taking photos and emailed them to Scott. He asked that we drop it off on our return trip and he would get it fixed. He made it sound like it would get done while we waited but I knew that wouldn't be the case, I was insistent he order new flaps and not remove and replace the velcro (too many needle holes). When we arrived I voiced my displeasure with all the hassle I've had to endure and asked that he buy the trailer back, he said that was between me and the factory. Knowing the factory is broke so that wouldn't happen I asked that it be delivered to me upon it's completion, He said he'd call the factory and ask them. So we returned home leaving our trailer behind again for who knows how long. To date we have driven three 2400 mile round trips for this trailer and will probably have to do it again in a couple of months.

home. It spent 1 month waiting for TM Mfg to pick it up and 2 months later it was
returned with nearly as much damaged as was repaired. I took it back to
Custom RV (2400 mile round trip) where it sat 5 months waiting for parts
and repairs before I gave up and traded it in for a loss of close to $8K.
9,600 miles we traveled during the 11 months of ownership dealing exclusively
with repairs of this POS Trailmanor.
