Our experience with nada used prices for trailmanor campers is they mean almost nothen.

1) Trailmanors has too small of used sales population reported for any real data. You need a larger sample population to produce good reliable statistics results.

2) Because nada ask you for the zip code you belive that they take into account regional sales. But the times, I have looked and entered different zip codes for east coast, west coast, mid west, north, south. I get the same value. We know that west cost has alway had higher values. I don't think they have enough data to deliver these results.

3) in general NADA alway seems to be low to what we have seen the TM's sell for.

My belief is; there is not enough data on sales for NADA to produce Trailmanor reliable used sale results. I feel that NADA is applying a general rule of thumb depreciation schedule based on what the popup or travel trailer depericates as an industry.
